So, liebe Leserinnen und Leser,
A lot of you are not seeing my emails. You're missing the exclusive tips from the newsletters and never finding out about fantastic German learning information. Ach, nein!
I've tried and adjusted and tweaked and changed, but some people just can't get my emails. There are three reasons why, from what I can see:
1. You have an AOL email address.
AOL just simply won't accept delivery of my email messages. If you have signed up for the newsletter or to receive notifications of these blog posts via email, you're probably not getting any emails. For whatever reason, I haven't been able to adjust my email settings in a way that will allow AOL to accept delivery of them. I've asked AOL, I've made requests, I've asked my email service provider, and still, no luck.
I'm still working on it, and I won't give up until it's fixed! SO: if you signed up for emails from me and haven't seen them, please sign up with a different email address.
2. You use Gmail so your newsletters are going to "Promotions."
If you want to read your newsletters, and I sincerely hope you do, then move my emails from your Promotions tab to the Primary tab. You can also add my email address to your contacts, which should help you actually see them.
And if you're a regular person, which I think you are, you might not even know how to get to the Promotions tab in your email. I once opened up an old gmail address to find hundreds of emails in there...and I had actually wanted to read them. It was a huge disappointment.
3. You get too many emails and my emails get lost in the mix.
(This also means you might be missing this deal to save over $200 on lessons.)
How many unread emails do you have in your inbox? Do you have to search for someone's email just to find out where the party is on Friday? Or what you're supposed to bring to the next gathering? I've got some help for you right here.
